Description
This is a really minor issue but we have a stylistic inconsistency in the abbreviation for the Current Procedural Terminology, Fourth Edition code system: sometimes it is "CPT4" (without hyphen) and sometimes it is "CPT-4" (with hyphen). For consistency with CMS HCPCS Coding Questions I recommend we use the "CPT-4" (with hyphen) format throughout the specification. This impacts Figure 13, Figure 23, and Table 536.
Note that Table 272 also uses the "CPT4" code system abbreviation, but I think that would have to be addressed separately through VSAC.
