This code SHOULD contain zero or more [0..*] translation, which SHALL be selected from ValueSet Note Types urn:oid:2.16.840.1.113883.11.20.9.68 DYNAMIC (CONF:3250-16939) As written, this forbids any translations from outside this value set, which seems unusually restrictive, unless you do something really wild like: Is this really by design, or should this be [0..*] translation **such that it** SHALL be selected from ValueSet Note Types?
