    Description

      Specification - Extended

HL7 CDA® R2 Implementation Guide: Quality Reporting Document Architecture I (QRDA I) Release 1, STU Release 5.2 - US Realm

      Document Description

extended per TSC approval Jira TSC-68, errata by CTO

      Existing Wording

Comment entered based on issue reported by MITRE: QRDA Schematron Error In MedicationOrder: This participantRole SHALL contain exactly one [1..1] code (CONF:4444-29233). The participant entry used for QDM Attribute: Setting needs a code. However, the participant entry for QDM Attribute: Prescriber does not need a code. Sheamtron rule 4444-29233 that was written will require all participant/participantRole to contain code, but this is not true for participant that is prescriber

      Proposed Wording

Alter Medication_Order-participant-participantRole-errors rule context to include typeCode='LOC' so that the 4444-29233 assertion only fires when participant typeCode='LOC' In Medication Order V6, insure context for assertion a-4444-29233 contains a restriction for typeCode='LOC' in the participant.
