The statusCode for Immunizations in the Immunization Activity (v3) allows for all values in the ActStatus urn:oid:2.16.840.1.113883.1.11.15933: SHALL contain exactly one [1..1] statusCode (CONF:1198-8833). a. This statusCode SHALL contain exactly one [1..1] @code, which SHALL be selected from ValueSet ActStatus urn:oid:2.16.840.1.113883.1.11.15933 DYNAMIC (CONF:1198-32359). The equivalent value set in FHIR US Core (Immunization Status - http://hl7.org/fhir/valueset-immunization-status.html) is constrained to 3 values: completed entered-in-error not-done

Proposed Wording

Recommend constraining the Immunization Activity (v3) statusCode to a more specific value set, potentially equivalent to the options present in the FHIR US Core profile.
