Existing Wording

The ProcedureAct statusCode urn:oid:2.16.840.1.113883.11.20.9.22 STATIC 2014-04-23 used for statusCode in the Procedure Activity Procedure (V2) template currently has 4 values: active aborted completed cancelled The equivalent FHIR US Core profile of Procedure uses the EventStatus value set which contains several values that do not cleanly map to this existing value set: http://hl7.org/fhir/STU3/valueset-event-status.html

Proposed Wording

Recommend: 1) Adding "Suspended" to the ProcedureAct statusCode value set 2) Consider "Unknown" in FHIR equivalent to nullFlavor = "UNK" 3) Consider "Preparation" and "in-progress" in FHIR equivalent to "active" in C-CDA
