Existing Wording

Value Set Links in IG A number of the links for value sets in the IG either no long work or point to the wrong location. For example several value set links send you to the VTSL Browser (veterinary service extension); the link for the country value set is no longer valid.

Proposed Wording

Update all links to point to VSAC that don't already do so for those value sets that are in VSAC.
