Existing Wording

In volume one, IG says to put the ‘tel’ prefix on the fax number - 6.5 Mapping of CSTE Identified Data Elements to CDA R2 Templates (Figure 27). However, in the example in volume 2, it shows the ‘fax’ prefix on the fax number. There is not a conf number for fax in volume 2. Information informally provided indicates that what is provided in the Vol 2 example is correct – the use of ‘fax’ for this element. This question is to formalize this initial assessment.
