NAACCR ID Number can be used to find data element definition in NAACCR Standards for Cancer Registries, Volume II: Data Standards and Data Dictionary, Sixteenth Edition Data Element (2)

Proposed Wording

Both Vol 1 & 2 of HL7 IG reference to the "NAACCR Standards for Cancer Registries, Volume II: Data Standards and Data Dictionary, Sixteenth Edition", however the URL points to version 16 (latest version). There is a difference between version vs edition Sixteenth Edition has Record Layout Version 12.2 Implemented January 1, 2012 Twentieth Edition Record Layout Version 16 Implementation: January 1, 2016 Clarification: Does HL7 IG intend to adhere to NAACCR Sixteenth Edition OR NAACCR Twentieth Edition, Record Layout Version 16?
