No xpaths are provided any more in Appendix A. Date of last contact could be derived from several different elements in the CDA document (including Date of Death and various other dates of service elements), so a single xpath is not relevant. We recommend you refer to the rules in the eMaRC Plus User Manual (new version to be updated for this IG) to see which CDA elements are used to derive date of last contact.
