Existing Wording

Result Observation (V3) (urn:hl7ii:2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.22.4.2:2015-08-01) has the following constraint: SHALL contain exactly one [1..1] code, which SHOULD be selected from CodeSystem LOINC (urn:oid:2.16.840.1.113883.6.1) (CONF:1198-7133) Which has the following (tool generated) Schematron: SHALL contain exactly one [1..1] code, which SHOULD be selected from CodeSystem LOINC (urn:oid:2.16.840.1.113883.6.1) (CONF:1198-7133). This Schematron errors if the codeSystem isn't LOINC, which is not correct.

Proposed Wording

The (tool generated) Schematron should be: SHALL contain exactly one [1..1] code, which SHOULD be selected from CodeSystem LOINC (urn:oid:2.16.840.1.113883.6.1) (CONF:1198-7133). This is a tooling issue, will also raise a Trifolia bug.
