      1. V2 will align with the approach taken by FHIR
        1. Use the same value set, currently  https://build.fhir.org/valueset-doc-typecodes.html which does NOT currently include document types expected here, like driver's license, passport etc. 
        2. Improve that value set to include items like passport and license.

    Description

      Based on this pdf's description, I can't tell this "DocumentGenderType" vs "RecordedSexOrGenderType". I suggest maybe change "RecordedSexOrGender" to just "RecordedSex" for sex, then you use the "DocumentGenderType" for gender.
