APR-2 Resource Selection Criteria is pointing to User defined HL70294 - Time Selection Criteria Parameter Class Codes - this does not match the defintion of the field, which states: This field is used to communicate parameters and preferences to the filler application regarding the selection of an appropriate resource for an appointment.  The first component of this field is a code identifying the parameter or preference being passed to the filler application.  The second component is the actual data value for that parameter.

There are 2 options:

#1 Update the name of the table and the domain description and example values to cover Time, Resource and Location

#2 Create a new table with specific conecpts describing resource selection cirteria (like what kind of healthcare provider, what gender etc)
