      Project Description: The Federal Electronic Health Record Modernization Program Office (FERHM) has identified the gaps in the current standards related to the military services mission and deployment concerning Toxic Exposure. The project will bring those gaps forward to develop standards focusing on Exposure to hazardous substances with potentially adverse health consequences. The project shall develop many deliverables, such as developing information models that collect toxic substances and related events, creating a terminology list, and designing FHIR resources. The FEHRM will manage and invite experts from various agencies to contribute to developing the standards and implementation guides.
