    Description

At chapter 12.5 (and subsequent in 12.7) the environment variable pointing to a remote repository is declared 'My_FHIR_Terminology_Server'. The term 'Terminology' here might not fit, as a FHIR repository is not a terminology server.

At chapter 12.7.1.1 the example environment variables 'NLM_Valueset_Services' and 'LOINC_Valueset' are not used as intended (resolving valueset codes of thierterminology systems).

Also the Value of 'LOINC_Valueset' and 'LOINC' are duplicated - is this inteded?

Subsequent examples in chapter 12.7 use only direct code association (in this case from LOINC) in the WHERE clause of Arden statements. Is there an Option to use Valuesets as referenced above? So a given valueset code automatically resolves to a FHIR query including all terminology codes included in this valueset.

At chapter 12.7.3.1 the Hemoglobin A1c code used in this example is referenced from a variable set in a previous example ('HbA1c_Test_codes'). The demonstration of variables used in Arden-FHIR queries is usefull, although for increased clearity this variable might be initialized in the example it is used in or (it contains one value) replaced by the actual code.
