      Existing Wording:

In situations where there is no clinical impact, such as administrative activities, SFCU is not well defined and can be omitted. SFCU provides a general extendable structure. During the transition from old systems to new systems, and as medical technology and science evolve, the rules for SFCU selection and referenced clinical observations will change. As technology changes these business rules may change, and the ordering systems are expected to accommodate changes to the order filling systems. The gender harmony model enables adaptation of old systems and new technologies.

Since there isn't a well defined use, and it may reveal more than the patient wishes to, should this read "should be omitted"?

      Existing Wording:

such as administrative activities, SFCU is not well defined and can be omitted
