    Description

Current: With the exception of one addition (Recorded Sex or Gender attribute = type with datatype = code or constrained text,  the model included in this implementation guide is exactly in the published Gender Harmony Informative Specification.

Suggested:  With the exception of one addition (Recorded Sex or Gender attribute = type with datatype = code or constrained text) (add end paren, and clarify what attribute = type means, does that mean we added an attribute named type? If so, then suggest: With the exception of one addition (Recorded Sex or Gender, added an attribute named "type" with datatype = code or constrained text) the model included in this implementation guide is exactly the same as published Gender Harmony Informative Specification.
