Terminology Infrastructure is the owner of the Value Set profiles and the WG has decided they will be part of the core specification. The Canonical Resource Management IG includes information explaining this.

At some point in the R6 build, a pink box was added to the 4 Value Set profiles, Shareable, Computable, Executable and Publishable with text explaining the profiles will be removed from Core and moved to the Canonical Resource Management IG.

This is not in agreement with the TI WG. The TI WG did not vote on a ticket to add this pink box text to each profile. 

The pink box and text should be removed from the 4 profiles. See the linked ticket to note the decision agreed to between TI and the canonical resource IG authors.
