    Description

      The generally-accepted way to create an sms URL is by using the sms: prefix. Even though, the "Universal Resource Locator Scheme" code system doesn't include this (perhaps it should via a separate ticket), this would be a good value to map to the clearly equivalent "sms" ContactPointSystem value.

      Additionally, at least for the CDA->FHIR map, this should include the following mappings:

      • x-text-fax --> fax
      • x-text-tel <-> sms (could be a bidirectional mapping if sms: is still considered not allowed...)
