When SDOHCC Observation Screening Response is used for an Observation Grouping, we advise the use of Observation.member to reference all Observations generated from a specific assessment instrument (we have an example is in the IG). However, in the profile, there is no Slice Observation.member that references SDOHCC Observation Screening Response.

Solution would be to create a hasMember Slice with cardinality 0..* that is Must Support with Reference(SDOHCC Observation Screening Response).
