For each Radiotherapy Plan, Radiation Oncology information systems (ROIS) require that one Reference Point is designated as the Primary (representative) Dose Reference, called Primary Reference Point. ROIS also document other aspects of the dose that should be considered for inclusion in the specs. The CodeX RTTD Terminology work group can help advise on how to best model this information.
