      Update the Conformance page to include guidance:

      • Additional USCDI Requirements category to clarify the expectation for these elements as needed for certification but not used in every US Core use case. (see Patient for example https://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/US-Core/StructureDefinition-us-core-patient.html)
      • List the special USCDI requirements in a table.
      • Consider manually adding a separate note to the element short description or a custom extension to the SD.elements (likely future)
