    Description

The Observation Screening Assessment Profile Observation.hasMember short description states “Reference to panel or multi-select responses”. This wording is a bit confusing as the panel is usually considered the parent and the hasMember would be the references to the responses that are a part of the panel. The longer description seems to be taken from the FHIR standard (http://hl7.org/fhir/R4/observation.html#gr-other) which is correct.

If it is possible that a panel be a child of another panel (a sub-panel), then change the short description to something like “Reference to child panel or multi-select responses”.

If “sub”-panels are not possible, I suggest removing panel.
