• wants to become pregnant is directly represented
• I'm ok either way is different from Not sure of desire to become pregnant (finding) and from Ambivalent about becoming pregnant (finding).

while the value set is extensible, the options should be relatively standard. The items I mentioned are nuances on a theme and will be difficult to tease out from data collected.  However, what is really missing is I plan to become pregnant  whether or not the patient is successful in her plan, plan is more definitive from "want" and it may yield a different clinical treatment decision.
