    Description

Since USCDI V3 now includes the Patient Date of Death element the US Core Patient Profile should have the deceasedDateTime element as Must Support. But I'm not sure what we should do with deceasedBoolean. The USCDI element specifically mentions a "Date" and doesn't include any provision for just marking a patient as dead without a date. Should we constrain the data type for Patient.deceased[x] in this profile to just dateTime?
