The Profile specific implementation guidance section  states:

“See the [SDOH] guidance page for more information when exchanging Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) Service Requests.”

This link is broken and it probably should be “[Screening and Assessments]” (or whatever name is determined after the resolution of FHIR-39944)
