Per Clinical Notes (http://hl7.org/fhir/us/core/2023Jan/clinical-notes.html) DiagnosticReport should be used for cardiology, pathology, and radiology, and could be used fr imaging, laboratory, and pathology report narratives. Suggest to align with Clinical Notes page's guidance.
