    Description

      This profile seems to merge the functions of MedicationStatements under MedicationRequests. Base FHIR resource definitions should be used within their correct context. MedicationRequest is an order of a medication. MedicationStatement should be used to represent a record as it exists outside of the prescribe>dispense>administer sequence.

      Recommend that scope of resource and elements be reevaluated relative to base FHIR intent rather than crossing/combining.
