We agree with the spirit of this tracker - QM IG can acknowledge that there are two synonomous terms now in use , eCQMs and dQMs.  Please note that digital quality measures are abbreviated dQMs and not CQM.  However, the distinction made by the submitter is not correct - dQMs and eCQMs are both data model agnostic and therefore the statement "the term Digital Quality Measure (CQM) separately from eCQM to refer to measures that are directly executable against FHIR data vs. the old style eCQMs which required EHR vendors to manually implement each measure" is not correct. Recommendation: Change the header from eCQM to QM (abbreviation for quality measures) Change reference to eCQM(s) through guide to quality measures. adding a sentence at the end of the purpose section ( http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/cqf-measures/introduction.html#purpose) that says: "There is a new term of digital quality measure or dQM that is currently being defined across many interested parties.  For the purposes of this IG, eCQM and dQM are synonymous. The focus of this IG is a  computable representation of a quality measure using HL7 FHIR and CQL."
