Description

Remove text from the "<" definition appended to the "M" definition. (Also present in corresponding value set, http://terminology.hl7.org/ValueSet/international-civil-aviation-organization-sex-or-gender)

Existing Wording:

A value which corresponds to female ('M') has been recorded in some context. A value which corresponds to 'X' (any non-M or non-F value) has been recorded or the value is unspecified.

Proposed Wording:

A value which corresponds to female ('M') has been recorded in some context.
