To address the concern that the reader may not be aware that the Quick Start is an overview of the required Server RESTful FHIR interactions for each profile, and that they need to see the US Core Server CapabilityStatement for a complete list of supported RESTful interactions for this IG.  Update all profiles to list all the supported searches by type.  Also document that clients may not find all of the searches useful for a particular profile. This only affects 2-3 Observations Profiles like Smoking and Sexual Orientation.
