Description
Existing text:
Input parameters. In the Specialty Rx process, this request SHALL contain two parameters:
Patient resource representing the Data Consumer system's patient record
The onlyCertainMatches parameter with the value set to true. This prevents the Data Source from returning multiple possible Patient matches.
Suggested text:
Patient resource representing the Data Consumer system's patient record
The onlyCertainMatches parameter with the value set to true.
The count parameter with the value set to 1.
This prevents the Data Source from returning multiple possible Patient matches.
Ballot comment:
Consider including "count" parameter if only one potential match response is allowed. OnlyCertainMatches may be interpreted to mean any potential matched records that fall at or above a certain (locally defined) threshold.
