    Description

      Under 4.2.3, the IG states "When it is known, Task.reasonCode/reasonReference SHOULD reference the object that directly leads to the task - a particular claim for example."

       

      SHOULD should be changed to SHALL. If the task reason is known, I don't recognize the logic behind not including it. It also seems that including the task reason would aid in association.
