    Description

This section contains two flow diagrams: one for solicited attachments for claims and one for solicited attachments for prior auth.  The flows are nearly the same with a few text differences.  The prior section on this page about the unsolicited flow combined both claim and prior auth into a single flow diagram.

Consider doing the same for the solicited workflow.  It does not appear that any understanding is gained by splitting the flow diagram.
