The current definitions of the PriceComponentType codes are tautological and need refining.  

• We need examples for informational
• What is the difference between deduction and discount
• There should be a discussion about whether a deduction is expressed as a positive amount or a negative amount - similar for surcharge
• Should there be a hierarchy, i.e. is tax a type of surcharge?
