    Description

We're allowing discrete information saying "not covered" or other things that might trigger a need for follow-up by the provider (or patient).  However, 'Where did the decision come from?' or 'Who do I follow up with?' isn't always clear where decisions about different types of claims might be routed to varying third parties, and where the routings might change over time.  Therefore, our complex extension that captures 'discrete' information about a 'coverage' response should also include an optional 0..* 'contact' element with a phone number, fax number, email address or other ContactPoint that can be used to ask questions/escalate - or at least provide a website length with guidance for how to do so.
