Description
Both Condition profiles have a '//` in their Structure Definitions. See screen shot.
This causes FHIR publisher fails when creating derived profile using a single `/` as discussed
This also causes FHIR validator returns warning if the resource.meta.profile has a single `/`.
Warning @ Condition.meta.profile[0] (line 1, col2): Profile reference 'http://hl7.org/fhir/us/core/StructureDefinition/us-core-condition-problems-health-concerns' has not been checked because it is unknown, and fetching it resulted in the error org.hl7.fhir.r5.utils.client.EFhirClientException: Error parsing response message: This does not appear to be a FHIR resource (wrong namespace 'http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml') (@ /)
