During connectathon I noticed the CRD ServiceRequest profile overrides the cardinality of locationReference (requested location) to 1..1, however this is one of the fields that is often not known during order-sign.

We should put it back to the normal cardinality of 0..1 if we don't want to rule out most uses of order-sign being able to call CRD. (As an aside, if this truly is required then we should shift our expectations to planning for order-dispatch and appointment-book to be more useful than order-sign).
