Considering as Question, not Change Request

      >if I am looking at an ImagingStudy, that estabilishes a context. Then, I also open a DiagnosticReport. Does all the content from ImagingStudy get wiped out by the DiagnosticReport's context?

Yes, all content is wiped out. Does any part of the build spec contradict this?

      >Is there a priority of Event types? where some reset context but others don't?

      No.

    Description

It is unclear to me whether any "-open" event resets the context or if context is made up of the cumulative set of resources from -open events. For example, if I am looking at an ImagingStudy, that estabilishes a context. Then, I also open a DiagnosticReport. Does all the content from ImagingStudy get wiped out by the DiagnosticReport's context? Is there a priority of Event types? where some reset context but others don't?
