    Description

The IG states that "The signature SHALL represent a human provider signature on resources attesting that the information is true and accurate."

While this sounds great and I appreciate the sentiment, it may not always be possible for a provider to attest that information is true and accurate. For example, if Provider A is passing along a report from Provider B, Provider A cannot attest to the accuracy of the information in Provider B's report. Therefore, I suggest adding "attesting that the information is true and accurate to the best of the provider's knowledge."

The goal is to ensure that all attestations are made in good faith, but not all providers are able to attest to accuracy if they did not directly produce the information being passed along.
