VRDR and MDI might want to standardize the methods of determination of death date.

We had a suggestion from Catherine Cheney (NH) for a value set of:
(Actual Date of Death, Approximate Date of Death, Presumed Date of Death, Court Determined Date of Death)

The Current MDI includes three values:  (exact, approximate, court-appointed).,
