Description
Coding.display.translation is currently tagged as MustSupport in the IPS IG, but it is unclear what exactly an IPS content creator would need to do to fulfill this requirement.
It is often not possible for a content creator to predict for which language a future consumer will want display names. For this reason, it seems that it should be the responsibility of the content consumer to obtain the needed translation for the discrete code supplied by the content creator, and the content creator should not be required to populate the translation extension for a code's display text. Therefore, Coding.display.translation should not be tagged as MustSupport and should simply be optional or omitted from the profile entirely.
