We have examples of Patient, Contract and other resources that have no relevance to the IG.  Anything that wouldn't actually be exchanged in a call as part of something defined by this IG shouldn't have an example.

However, we're missing examples of DocumentReferences for work in progress, for inputs and outputs to the $questionnaire-package operation and the examples we have for Questionnaire aren't super realistic.  NONE of the forms should be asking for demographic information - the payer's already got that.  We should be seeing examples that involve querying for Observations, Conditions, etc.  We should also be seeing examples that show some complexity - nested groups, repeating questions, conditional behavior that has some complexity to it, etc.  We should be exercising many of the extensions - at minimum all of the mustSupport ones so that implementers can see how they're to be used in our context.
