The copyright wording is mandated across all HL7 IGs. We can't realistically update the year in all IGs every time we publish. As far as I'm aware, so long as we indicate a copyright date, the acknowledgement requirements are met. If you want this changed, you'll have to engage with the HL7 Terminology Management Group.
