Add a requirement on the Events format page such that events' keys that refer specifically to the event's anchor resources SHALL be named as lowercase resourceTypes, from this valueset: http://build.fhir.org/valueset-version-independent-resource-types.html. Editor discretion required to make the below understandable and at a 5th? grade reading level:

The key used for indicating an events' anchor FHIR resource SHALL be the lower-case resourceType of the resource. The resources to include is defined in the corresponding event definition in the [event catalog](3-Event.html).

References to resources other than anchor resources SHALL be named any arbitrary string which is not a value from the resource type valueset.

In the case in which other events are deriveable from the event in design, additional non-anchor FHIR resources included in the event SHALL be named as they are named in the deriveable event.

    Description

      HL7.FHIR.UV.FHIRCAST\Event format - FHIR v4.0.1

      This sentence:

      >The key used for indicating a context-change events SHALL be the lower-case resourceType of the resource. In the case the resource refers to other FHIR resource that represent there own context, these can be included as well. What resources to include is defined in the corresponding event definition in the [event catalog](3-Event.html).

Didn't exist in STU2. I'm not sure when it got added or by whom. I fixed the typos in it. Two other issues:
      1. the defined and in-production use, events are not consistent with this SHALL.
      2. what does "include" mean here? FHIR contain? new keys created on the fly? If so, what if there are multiple resources of the same resourceType?
