Drop all UCUM comments from the 'standard' UCUM valueset

      Will remove all comments from the codes and eliminate duplication of codes resulting from removing the comments.  Comments are all of the values inside of curly brackets.  If the Display value includes the comment that was removed from the code, it should also be removed from the Display value (if not already eliminated by de-duplication).

      This will apply to both ucum-units and ucum-common valuesets.

    Description

      Best practice is for comments to go in display, not unit, given that display values are not computable and can create interoperability issues.  We should follow that best practice for 'common' units.
