This is a copy of issue FHIR-32104. That ticket is resolved, but the problem is still there in version 4.3.0-snapshot1

The StructureDefintion PrimitiveType is missing in the file profiles-types.xml. The hierarchy of structuredefintions in 4B is:

string > PrimitiveType > DataType > Element 

where PrimitiveType is missing. 

Our tooling (and others) cannot generate snapshots anymore without this PrimitiveType.
