suggested corrections for https://build.fhir.org/branches/R4B/versioning.html#mp-version (and https://build.fhir.org/versioning.html#mp-version):

1. remove "(this version)" and "(once published)" language from the R4 row in the table at http://build.fhir.org/versioning.html#mp-version

2. add an R4B row with a version of 4.3

This will make it clear what the proper "fhirVersion" should be for 4.3.0.
