      This value set has 5 values

      As noted in the specification, there are multiple value sets for gender identity:  USCDI v2, US Core, and one proposed in Gender Harmony. Gender Harmony aside, the value set bound in the specification does not align with USCDI v2 other than the two transgender concepts mentioned in the pink call-out box.  The USCD v2 value set does not have Unknown or identifies as non-conforming gender, but does contain genderqueer and other. 

      Suggest the binding be removed with an explanation that it will be updated based on Gender Harmony results.
