BackGround

Due to delays in integration of LOINC Group codes into ig publishing stack, the code, LG41762-2(SocialDeterminantsOfHealth) is causing dozens of IG errors.

Proposal

Change from using LG41762-2 to a US Core defined code 'sdoh'.

Will consider switching to the LOINC group code if and when it is supported by the publisher.
