recommended search params for Condition include:

patient+category, patient+clinical-status, patient+code, patient+onset-date, patient+category+clinical_status

Please add verificationStatus.  A similar ballot comment was logged against US Core (FHIR-35318).  The heart of the issue is that clinicalStatus is only guaranteed to be valued when the condition is a problem list item.  As such, if the query doesn't include verificationStatus, then the consequence is either:

• excluding NULL clinicalStatus returns too little - excluding diagnoses and health concerns without a clinicalStatus (doesn't return all possible active conditions)
• including NULL clinicalStatus returns too much - is more complete (will pick up diagnoses and health concerns), but will return entered-in-error without the added verificationStatus search param
